The organisers of the MTN Bushfire Festival, taking place from the 24th – 26th of May 2019, would like to caution festival goers in regards to the purchasing of festival tickets from unauthorised 3rd party sellers.

It has been confirmed that a number of fraudulent tickets have been sold by unauthorised 3rd parties and patrons must take note that these tickets will NOT enable access at the festival gate.

MTN Bushfire has identified some of these tickets and the sellers and will be taking legal action against those found to be selling fake or fraudulently obtained tickets.

Those who suspect they may have purchased fake tickets should check the MTN Bushfire social media platforms for more information. For any queries about the validity of tickets or to report suspicious behaviour please email support@howler.co.za

Unfortunately, although MTN Bushfire makes every effort to prevent 3rd parties from selling tickets, and deletes all such offers and posts on our social media platforms, there are still those who make these offers on other digital platforms.

Festival goers are therefore urged once again, NOT to purchase tickets or any related MTN Bushfire merchandise from unauthorised third parties as MTN Bushfire cannot assist once such purchases have been made.

There are still a few remaining tickets available for this year’s event and can be purchased via the MTN Bushfire website: https://www.bush-fire.com/.
